Position SummaryWe are searching for enthusiastic, customer-driven individuals to join our team in Bulgaria's energetic capital. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for a world-renowned corporate travel platform, helping business travelers manage their itineraries for seamless trips. Acting as a digital concierge, you will apply sharp problem-solving skills to offer premier Dutch and English support for international itineraries and last-minute travel adjustments. Comprehensive, fully paid training is provided, making prior travel or customer service experience unnecessary.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

• Omnichannel Client Support: Handle incoming requests from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via phone, email, and live web chat.
• Travel Arrangement Management: Oversee end-to-end travel logistics, including booking, updating, or canceling flights, lodging, and rental cars.
• Systems Navigation: Operate specialized Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and proprietary software to retrieve and communicate precise travel data.
• Disruption Management: Handle urgent travel issues-such as canceled flights, long delays, or missed connections-to keep business travel moving smoothly.
• Service Standards: Maintain a calm, empathetic, and polished approach to uphold our partner brand's reputation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Language Abilities: Fully fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1/C2 level) paired with strong professional English (B2 level or higher) for internal collaboration and software usage.
• Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal abilities with a friendly, professional, and resolution-oriented approach.
• Technical Aptitude: High digital literacy, capable of operating several applications and screens simultaneously.
• Pressure Management: Ability to remain clear-headed, focused, and effective during last-minute travel emergencies.
