Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
- Omnichannel Client Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via phone, email correspondence, and live web chat.
- Travel Arrangement Management: Manage complete travel logistics, including booking, modifying, or canceling flights, hotel rooms, and vehicle rentals.
- Systems Navigation: Utilize specialized Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and internal software applications to retrieve and convey precise travel information.
- Disruption Management: Handle high-priority travel disruptions-such as flight cancellations, unexpected delays, or missed connections-to keep business journeys moving forward smoothly.
- Service Standards: Maintain a calm, empathetic, and highly professional demeanor to protect and enhance our partner brand's global reputation.
Candidate Qualifications
- Language Abilities: Fluent command of written and spoken Dutch (C1/C2 level) paired with strong professional English (B2 level or higher) for internal team collaboration and software operations.
- Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a friendly, professional, and resolution-focused communication style.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong digital literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and screens concurrently.
- Pressure Management: Ability to stay clear-headed, focused, and effective when handling sudden travel emergencies and urgent client needs.
