As a Travel Management Consultant, you will draw on your sharp problem-solving skills to provide first-rate support in Dutch and English, helping travelers navigate international journeys and last-minute itinerary adjustments.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Omnichannel Client Support: Efficiently handling incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via telephone, email, and live messaging platforms.
• Travel Arrangement Management: Handling end-to-end travel logistics, including reserving, modifying, or voiding flights, hotel bookings, and vehicle rentals.
• Systems & Software Navigation: Utilizing specialized global distribution systems (GDS) and internal tools to retrieve and share accurate travel details.
• Emergency & Disruption Resolution: Managing real-time travel disruptions-such as cancellations, delayed flights, or missed connections-to keep business trips on track.
• Premium Service Delivery: Maintaining a calm, empathetic, and highly professional demeanor to protect the reputation of our partner brand.
