Are you a customer-focused communicator passionate about deliver exceptional service? We are currently seeking a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to represent a world-renowned, high-end German automotive brand.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, drivers, and dealerships. You will assist with inquiries ranging from vehicle features, connected drive services, and mobility solutions to warranty questions and scheduled maintenance requests.

This position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Portugal (mainland or islands) and hold valid work authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from Dutch-speaking customers in a professional, warm, and timely manner.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze customer questions, troubleshoot basic digital/app issues (such as connected vehicle software), and provide accurate, high-quality solutions.
• Case Management: Document all customer interactions and details accurately within the CRM system.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with local dealerships, service centers, and specialized technical departments to ensure a seamless experience for the vehicle owner.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an excellent standard of service that reflects the prestige, quality, and innovation of a top-tier automotive brand.

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Qualifications

• Languages: Native or C1/C2 fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and B2 level proficiency in English.
• Residency: Currently living in Portugal with a valid Portuguese NIF, NISS, and work permit/EU citizenship.
• Technical Setup: A stable home internet connection (fiber connection preferred).

Preferred Skills & Profile

• Previous experience in customer service, contact center environments, or client relations is a plus (automotive or luxury brand experience is highly appreciated).
• Excellent active listening and empathetic communication skills.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and high adaptability.

What We Offer

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month
• Attendance Bonus: €80 gross per month
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per worked day (paid via meal card)
