We are hiring a dynamic, service-focused Dutch-Fluent Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-renowned German luxury automotive brand.

In this position, you will serve as the dedicated voice for Dutch-speaking vehicle owners, drivers, and service partners. You will handle inquiries regarding vehicle capabilities, connected digital services, warranty details, and maintenance appointments, ensuring every conversation reflects premier service standards.

Important: This position is fully remote within Portugal. Applicants must live locally and hold full legal authorization to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from Dutch-speaking clients, delivering quick and tailored solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Digital Support: Help drivers with mobile application functionality, connected dashboard features, and everyday technical questions.
• Record Keeping: Document all client communications and updates accurately within the customer relationship platform.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with regional service facilities and specialized technical teams to resolve complex cases.
• Brand Quality: Maintain a high level of professional courtesy that aligns with a top-tier automotive name.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Languages: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Dutch, plus upper-intermediate (B2 level) English skills.
• Residence & Documentation: Currently residing in Portugal with active tax/social security numbers (NIF/NISS) and full work authorization.
• Home Infrastructure: Access to high-speed, reliable home internet.

• Practical background in customer support, service desk roles, or client relations (experience in automotive or premium sectors is a bonus).
• Strong active listening skills paired with a supportive, client-centric attitude.
• Comfort working across multiple digital applications simultaneously.
• An organized, detail-oriented approach to task management.

Compensation & Perks

Financial Package

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month
• Attendance Bonus: €80 gross/month
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per day worked (issued via a meal card)
• Fully paid initial training and onboarding program
