Do you prioritize client satisfaction and excel at delivering top-tier service? We are hiring a Dutch-Fluent Customer Support Advisor to act as a brand ambassador for a leading German luxury vehicle manufacturer.

In this position, you will act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, motorists, and dealership partners. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries about vehicle capabilities, digital connected-car platforms, mobility programs, warranty coverage, and routine service appointments.

This role is completely remote; however, applicants must live in Portugal (mainland or autonomous regions) and possess legal authorization to work.
Core Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Answer inbound requests via call, email, and web chat from Dutch-speaking clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Assess client needs, troubleshoot basic software or app features (including connected-car platforms), and deliver accurate solutions.
• CRM Logging: Detail all client interactions, case histories, and updates precisely within the customer relation database.
• Internal Coordination: Work alongside local dealerships, repair centers, and technical escalation teams to ensure a smooth service journey.
• Brand Representation: Uphold exceptional service standards that mirror the prestige, quality, and forward-thinking ethos of a premier auto manufacturer.

Target Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and verbal Dutch, along with intermediate (B2 level) English proficiency.
• Location & Legal Status: Resident of Portugal holding valid tax (NIF) and social security (NISS) numbers, plus EU citizenship or a valid work visa.
• Home Office Infrastructure: Reliable high-speed home internet (fiber preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior background in customer service, contact centers, or client management (experience with automotive or luxury products is a strong advantage).
• Superior active listening abilities and empathetic communication skills.
• Strong tech literacy with the capacity to manage multiple software applications at once.
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to accuracy and high adaptability.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary & Allowances

• Base Pay: €1,100 gross monthly
• Attendance Incentive: €80 gross monthly
• Meal Stipend: €7.63 per day worked (issued on a dedicated meal card)
• Full paid training provided upon onboarding

• Fully Remote Work: Perform your role from home anywhere within Portugal.

Schedule

• Work Week: Monday through Friday
• Weekends: Guaranteed Saturdays and Sundays off
