About the Role

Our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Hybrid working model
• Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email
• Resolving payment and withdrawal enquiries
• Processing KYC documentation and customer verification
• Performing security checks on customer accounts and transactions
• Working closely with the Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams
• Analysing customer trends and identifying process improvements
• Contributing to team KPIs and service level targets
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction

Requirements

What You Need:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good English, both spoken and written
• Min. 1 year customer support experience in call center is required
• A structured and analytical mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• To be eligible for this role, you must already hold an EU passport or have the legal right to work in Malta. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.
