Dutch Speaking Data Entry Specialist

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Dutch Speaking Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Input and update data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and assist with data cleaning and quality checks.
• Compile and organize information from various sources to prepare reports and documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to internal teams as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards while handling sensitive information.
• Assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement in data management processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in data entry or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
