Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch-Speaking Fitbit Product Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and health, eager to provide exceptional support to Fitbit users.
As a Product Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in troubleshooting product-related issues, guiding them on features, and enhancing their overall user experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot Fitbit product issues and provide effective solutions
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style
- Contribute feedback and insights to improve products and customer experience
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in product or technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with full relocation support provided
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
