Position Summary

Working from Barcelona as a Google Ads consultant, you will act as a primary digital growth partner for growing companies operating in the Dutch market. You will take full ownership of client portfolio management-guaranteeing smooth onboarding processes, driving deeper product adoption, retaining accounts long-term, and pinpointing lucrative expansion avenues to support client business growth. In this vibrant role, you will help businesses scale their digital presence while building a rewarding international career inside a stunning oceanfront facility.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Onboard new business accounts smoothly, identifying key objectives to formulate customized digital ad strategies tailored to their commercial goals.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Connect regularly with high-level decision-makers to demonstrate campaign effectiveness, build trust, and introduce suitable ad packages.
• Campaign Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads accounts while continually refining bid strategies, copy testing, and demographic parameters.
• Analytics & Reporting: Interpret analytics data to formulate practical optimization recommendations that consistently maximize client return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain thorough CRM records, logging every client communication, milestone, and updating account progress stages with absolute precision.
• Regional Feedback: Share observations regarding Dutch market developments and buyer behaviors to refine localized strategy models and internal product offerings.

Essential Criteria:

• Language Skills: Fully fluent Dutch (C1/C2) paired with fluent business English capabilities for seamless internal and external communication.
• Background: Proven background in client account management, B2B sales development, or digital media consulting using CRM platforms.
• Cultural Context: Thorough familiarity with Dutch business norms, market dynamics, and GDPR compliance standards.
