Position Summary

Based at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, this role positions you as a strategic Google Ads consultant and key digital growth partner for businesses expanding throughout the Dutch market. Your day-to-day focus centers on strategic portfolio management-guaranteeing smooth client onboarding, boosting active product adoption, securing account retention, and uncovering lucrative expansion avenues for your client roster.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Guide new business clients through a structured setup phase, identifying their long-term commercial goals to build bespoke digital ad campaigns.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Frequently engage with business executives to highlight campaign ROI, answer strategic inquiries, and propose ideal ad products.
• Campaign Optimization: Design, test, and continuously iterate Google Ads accounts, modifying bid mechanics, creative assets, and targeted customer profiles.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators to deliver clear, data-driven optimization strategies that maximize ROAS.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain high CRM standards by logging all client communications, updating support logs, and tracking pipeline progression.
• Regional Feedback: Relay direct field observations regarding Dutch buyer habits and corporate market dynamics to upgrade localized campaign frameworks.

• Language Skills: Exceptional Dutch proficiency (C1/C2) paired with fluent business-level English capabilities.
