Position Summary

Operating directly out of Barcelona, you will act as a Google Ads consultant and trusted digital growth partner for scaling companies within the Dutch market. You will manage a dedicated client portfolio end-to-end-driving friction-free onboarding, boosting product adoption, safeguarding account retention, and uncovering valuable expansion avenues to foster client longevity and campaign scaling.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Lead the initial setup of new client accounts by determining primary commercial milestones and designing tailor-made digital advertising roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain consistent dialogue with key corporate decision-makers to present thorough performance reviews, prove clear ROI, and advise on complementary advertising solutions.
• Campaign Optimization: Create, launch, and fine-tune Google Ads campaigns by continuously adjusting bidding models, testing copy variations, and refining demographic target segments.
• Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate complex campaign data matrices to craft actionable optimization plans that systematically improve ROAS.
• Pipeline Management: Document every client discussion thoroughly while tracking exact account progress within our core CRM system.
• Regional Feedback: Relate real-time insights regarding Dutch consumer trends and commercial shifts to help refine overall account strategies.

Applicant Profile

• Language Skills: C1/C2 native or fluent level Dutch combined with fluent business-level English proficiency.
• Background: Professional experience managing client relationships in B2B environments, driving sales development, or providing digital consulting using CRM tools.
• Cultural Context: Deep familiarity with the Dutch business landscape, commercial habits, and European data privacy laws (GDPR).
• Core Strengths: Outstanding verbal presentation skills, strong comfort interpreting marketing statistics, and hands-on skill with modern software tools.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible when working inside fast-moving, evolving workplaces.
