Position Summary

Based at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, this role positions you as a strategic Google Ads consultant and key digital growth partner for businesses expanding throughout the Dutch market. Your day-to-day focus centers on strategic portfolio management-guaranteeing smooth client onboarding, boosting active product adoption, securing account retention, and uncovering lucrative expansion avenues for your client roster.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Take new commercial clients through an organized setup process, pinpointing their long-term business goals to formulate customized digital advertising campaigns.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Regularly communicate with corporate decision-makers to present campaign return on investment, address strategic questions, and recommend optimal advertising solutions.
• Campaign Optimization: Build, test, and iteratively refine Google Ads profiles, adjusting bidding structures, creative ad elements, and targeted audience segments.
• Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate crucial performance indicators to present actionable, data-driven optimization approaches that maximize return on ad spend.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain strict CRM excellence by documenting all client interactions, updating ticket logs, and tracking pipeline momentum.
• Regional Feedback: Transmit direct market observations regarding Dutch consumer behavior and corporate trends to enhance localized advertising structures.

Applicant Profile

Essential Criteria:

• Language Skills: Advanced Dutch proficiency (C1/C2) combined with strong business-level English competencies.
• Background: Demonstrated experience in B2B client relationship management, sales growth, or digital marketing strategy supported by CRM software systems.
