As a Dutch-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier technical and customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot products
- Guide customers on product usage and maintenance best practices
- Document support interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the enhancement of support documentation and resources
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in technical support, preferably with consumer electronics or similar products
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to document issues clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully covered)
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
