Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam with all relocation costs covered.
- Be able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( also paid relocation )
