Key Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
Resourceful and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to relocate to Vietnam with all relocation costs covered.
Be able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( also paid relocation )
