Your Role: Digital Broadcast HostAs a live presenter, you are both a professional entertainer and a representative for our brand. Working from a high-tech studio, you will host Dutch-language shows and talk in real-time with viewers from around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Air Hosting: Lead interactive online sessions with a professional and high-energy style.
• Audience Interaction: Chat with viewers through a live portal to create a positive environment and keep people watching.
• Professional Image: Keep up high standards for your personal appearance and communication style on camera.
• Work Accuracy: Follow strict rules to make sure every live broadcast is completely fair and accurate.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the production crew and floor managers to make sure the show runs perfectly.

PAY AND PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Our pay structure is designed to reward your Dutch language skills and your talent on camera.

• Estimated Monthly Earnings: €1,850 - €2,100 (Gross before taxes).
• Base Salary: A guaranteed monthly base pay of €1,500.
• Language Bonus: An extra €4.00 per hour for all time spent broadcasting live.
• Quality Bonus: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on the quality of your work.
• Night Pay: A 20% salary increase for any hours worked during the night shift (22:55 - 08:00).
• Full-Time Hours: Opportunities to work 40 hours a week to maximize your pay.
