Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Adviser - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Adviser to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients regarding logistics and delivery services, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

You will be working closely with clients to manage their delivery inquiries, coordinate logistics solutions, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be invaluable in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with logistics and delivery-related inquiries through various communication channels
• Coordinate and track delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to delivery services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment information
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party carriers to streamline logistics operations
• Provide clients with updates on shipment status and resolve any delivery discrepancies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the logistics and delivery experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery services, or customer support preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
