About the Role As a Partnerships Manager for the Dutch and Belgian market, you will take full end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel to fuel our growth in the Netherlands and Belgium. This 8-month interim position (July 31st - March 31st) is a high-impact role where you bridge the gap between initial prospecting and long-term relationship scaling. You are responsible for the entire journey: from the first call to signing, onboarding, and continuous optimization.
Key responsibilities - Drive the complete sales cycle by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships within the Dutch and Belgian SME ecosystem.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring both commercial alignment and technical feasibility.
- Manage the full partner onboarding process and maintain a high-frequency dialogue to ensure long-term commitment and lead quality.
- Analyze performance metrics and lead data to challenge partners and maximize conversion at every step of the funnel.
- Maintain a robust and active pipeline, ensuring a high volume of activity across multiple concurrent partnership negotiations.
What we're looking for We are looking for a persistent, numbers-driven professional who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and sell a long-term vision. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where the sales cycle is continuous and possess the determination and resilience needed to capture market share in a competitive landscape. You are comfortable with high levels of freedom under responsibility and enjoy a workplace with a high ceiling and a tight-knit, fun-loving team culture.
Qualifications - Fluency in Dutch and English is required, while knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
- A few years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of owning the entire sales funnel.
- Hands-on experience in managing pipelines, track activity, and analyze client performance.
- Experience from Fintech or fast-paced scale-up environments is a strong advantage.
- A natural ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and move quickly from initial idea to signed contract.

One Last Thing This is a full-time, temporary position (8 months) starting July 31st until March 31st, based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office. We review applications on a rolling basis.
