Dutch-speaking Real Estate Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We're seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Consultant to join our team in Greece in one of our offices in Crete, Rethymno or Thessaloniki. In this role, you'll guide Dutch-speaking clients through their journey of finding and purchasing their ideal property in Greece. The position involves regular travel throughout Greece to show properties and meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide potential buyers through the entire property purchase process
• Travel throughout Greece to conduct property viewings
• Create detailed property presentations
• Meet clients and accompany them on viewing trips
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with our legal and intake departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and process sales documentation
• Contribute to our company's growth in the Dutch market

What We're Looking For:

• Native or professional fluency in Dutch
• Professional level of English
• Greek language skills are a plus
• Previous customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and presentation abilities
• Valid driving license and comfort with regular driving
• Flexibility to travel and work some weekends when clients visit
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems
