Key Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations for Booking.com through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide in-depth information about available accommodations, pricing, availability, and local experiences to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all necessary details to provide a smooth booking experience.
- Proactively address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and booking details within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, hotel offers, and local attractions to provide clients with the best options.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable.
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field is highly valued.
- A passion for travel and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to effectively manage inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to embrace a remote working lifestyle while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in Greece.
