Dutch Speaking Responsible Gaming Specialist

An igaming company based in Barcelona, Spain, is looking for a passionate and skilled Dutch Speaking Responsible Gaming Specialist to join their dynamic team. This organization is renowned for delivering innovative and engaging online gaming experiences to players worldwide.

This role is being offered with a salary of €32,070 with the flexibility of working 1 day from home.

Role & Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, analyse key patterns and trends that may indicate gambling addiction
• Review customers on a daily basis and identifyany concerning activities related to their game play
• Escalate cases to the relevant departments as requiredin accordance with internal procedures
• Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained
• Work across multiple jurisdictions, mainly the Dutch market.
• Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Fluency in Dutch both written and spoken at a native level
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• 1-2 years' experience in an igaming online in a similar role
• A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
• Familiarity with the Dutch frameworks of RG
• Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
