Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Service Travel Agent to join our team supporting Booking.com. As a Service Travel Agent, you'll have the wonderful opportunity to help Dutch-speaking customers with their travel questions, providing clear communication and top-notch service to make their booking experience smooth and enjoyable.
You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing support on reservations, modifications, and problem resolution while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Your fluency in Dutch and English will be vital to delivering a seamless experience to clients from the Dutch market.
Responsibilities- Handle customer service inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall service quality
- Provide up-to-date information on Booking.com services and policies
Requirements- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Candidates should clearly state their native language and nationality in their CV or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience in travel support or customer service roles is preferred
