- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Dutch/Flemish.
- Provide accurate information about Booking.com's services, bookings, and policies.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adapt to new processes and technologies to optimize customer support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
