Responsibilities

• Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to address their questions and needs related to our hospitality services
• Quickly and effectively resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Document client interactions and feedback to help improve service quality
• Coordinate with other team members to share insights for better service delivery
• Keep abreast of trends in the hospitality industry to provide relevant information to clients
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and motivated remote team environment

Requirements

• Fluent in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector, is a plus
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage remote work responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
