In this position, you will represent an internationally recognized giant in household appliances and smart home tech. Your goal will be to deliver top-tier support to our Flemish-speaking clientele, answering their questions and fostering a seamless relationship with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will act as the primary contact point for our Flemish client base. Your daily activities will focus on:

• Customer Assistance: Handling inbound inquiries from Flemish customers across phone, email, and live messaging channels with professionalism, enthusiasm, and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Directing customers through product usage questions, delivery coordination, warranty claims, and step-by-step technical resolution for home appliances.
• Case Management: Recording and tracking service tickets within our CRM software, ensuring complete notes and staying on top of unresolved queries until completion.
• Quality & Empathy: Driving strong customer satisfaction ratings through empathetic listening, patient communication, and actionable answers.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside supervisors and colleagues-both online and in-person-to meet group operational benchmarks and maintain service standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Flemish (written and spoken), paired with a reliable, professional level of English (B2 minimum) for company communications and training modules.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding spoken and written expression, backed by an approachable, client-oriented mindset.
• Tech & Hybrid Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across desktop applications, using standard software (MS Office), handling CRM tools, and managing your independent work effectively at home.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A self-motivated, helpful approach to resolving customer challenges efficiently.
• Adaptability: Open to operating within an organized workspace with flexible shift schedules.
• Experience: Backgrounds in customer service, call center environments, or retail sales are welcome advantages, but they are not required. We value enthusiasm, work ethic, and eagerness to learn above all!

Working Hours & Shifts

• Schedule: Full-time employment, 40 hours weekly (8-hour workdays, 5 days per week).
• Shift Window: Rotational shift windows scheduled between 07:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
• Work Style: Hybrid arrangement-enjoy maximum balance by spending 2 to 3 days working remotely from home and the remaining days on-site at our high-tech office in Lisbon.

Compensation & Benefits Package

We provide an attractive salary structure well above standard local figures, designed to support a rewarding and comfortable lifestyle in Lisbon:

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, distributed 14 times per year (including extra holiday and summer installments).
• Language Allowance: A dedicated €150 net monthly bonus for applying your Flemish fluency.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 per month in KPI bonuses based on achievable satisfaction and service targets.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (adding roughly €140-€150 net to your monthly income).
