In this position, you will represent a global household name in consumer electronics and home appliances. Your core mission will be to assist Flemish-speaking customers, addressing their requests and guaranteeing a top-tier brand experience.

This role features a convenient hybrid setup (2-3 days working remotely each week) alongside time spent in our vibrant Lisbon facilities, giving you the best of personal flexibility and team collaboration. No prior experience is necessary-we offer complete, fully paid training to guarantee you are fully prepared from day one!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Managing incoming contacts from Flemish-speaking users via telephone, email, and live messaging with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Assisting callers with appliance features, order delivery setups, warranty inquiries, and simple step-by-step technical problem-solving.
• Case Management: Logging and monitoring customer support interactions in our CRM platform, ensuring complete record-keeping and following up until each issue is resolved.
• Quality & Empathy: Delivering high satisfaction levels through active listening, patient communication, and effective answers.
• Team Collaboration: Partnering with team leaders and colleagues-both online and in the office-to meet team benchmarks and maintain service standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native level in Flemish (verbal and written), combined with a functional, professional command of English (B2 level or above) for operational updates and team training.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills, paired with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
• Tech & Hybrid Savvy: Comfortable using computer interfaces, standard software (MS Office), and CRM platforms, alongside strong self-discipline when working from home.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, helpful attitude focused on delivering real solutions to everyday questions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working within a structured, rotational shift system.
• Experience: Backgrounds in customer care, call center environments, or retail sales are welcome additions, but they are not required. We prioritize drive, work ethic, and a desire to learn!

Working Hours & Shifts

• Schedule: Full-time contract, 40 hours per week (8 hours daily, 5 days weekly).
• Shift Window: Rotational shift patterns scheduled between 07:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
• Work Style: Hybrid model-enjoy an ideal balance with 2 to 3 days working from home each week, complemented by collaborative days in our modern Lisbon office.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, distributed across 14 payments per year (includes extra summer and holiday pay).
• Language Allowance: A guaranteed €150 net monthly allowance for utilizing your Flemish skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 per month in KPI bonuses based on realistic quality and client satisfaction goals.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (adding roughly €140-€150 net per month to your salary).
• Training: Fully salaried, structured initial training covering product catalogs and communication software.
