We're looking for a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Team Leader to join an exciting international project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your role:As a Technical Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Support Advisors while ensuring service excellence and achieving operational KPIs.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors;
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved;
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews;
- Supporting the team with complex technical escalations;
- Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement;
- Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment.
What we're looking for:
- Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2);
- Good command of English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment;
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
