Your tasks:

Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines
Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service
Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines
Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor

Your profile:

Fluent Dutch and English language
Ideally 2+ years work experience in HR / administration / payroll
Detail oriented person with good communication skills
Business understanding
