HR Intern with English (or/and Dutch)

Job Description

Learn and use HR Tools such as Workday, electronic files, and case management system. You will be a support for the team of HR Advisors & Administration & Payroll Specialist which are supporting Dutch employees.

Your role:

• E-filing (electronic document storing)
• Managing benefit system
• Contract handling
• Processing basic personal data changes in the HR system
• Answering Philips employees queries in English related to the HR area (administration & payroll) via the case management system

You're the right fit if:

• You are currently enrolled as a student at the University.
• You are fluent in English (both orally and in writing); knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.
• You are available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• You have personal integrity when handling confidential information.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
