As an HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation, services, and solutions for both routine and complex employee relations issues related to performance management, the employee lifecycle, attendance, process guidelines, and policies. You will act as a key HR contact for managers, providing advice and support.

As an HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation, services, and solutions for both routine and complex employee relations issues related to performance management, the employee lifecycle, attendance, process guidelines, and policies. You will act as a key HR contact for managers, providing advice and support.
Your Main Duties
- Provide expert consultation, services, and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issues
- Support topics such as performance management, employee lifecycle, attendance, policies, and process guidelines
- Act as a key HR contact for managers, offering advice and support
- Handle complex, confidential, and sensitive inquiries, taking full ownership of cases
- Follow established processes to ensure consistent service delivery
- Review, update, and maintain HR Services documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions)
- Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate HR partners when needed
- Follow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes and HR/benefit issues
- Resolve timesheet discrepancies and track open cases
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of HR services
- Identify process improvement opportunities and potential compliance risks
- Deliver training to new HR team members and managers on procedures
- Coordinate, support, and conduct investigations when assigned
- Prepare reports, analyze HR metrics, and support performance discussions
- Conduct data quality reviews and correct processing errors
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members and new joiners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Services, or a related field
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes or HR operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel
