Job Description:

Your primary responsibility as a Business Development Representative will be to drive bookings for sales meetings and help generate recurring revenue growth by sourcing, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline. As a new BDR, you will receive training and development with tremendous opportunity for advancement for top performers! This is a Hybrid role, requiring up to 3 days a week at our London Office (Paddington).

What will you do?

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies
• Analyse lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize the handoff processes
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
• Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads
• Outbound against tiered list to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams
• Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation
• Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills (written and verbal) are required
• A-Levels or equivalent
• B2B sales or financial operations experience
• High energy, 'can-do' attitude
• An inquisitive, questioning person
• Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results as well as documenting all activity in Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning

The salary range in United Kingdom for this position is 44,000.00 to 55,000.00 GBP Annual.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
