Immigration Coordinator - Dutch Speaking

Job Description

We are looking for an Immigration Coordinator with Dutch language skills to join us on a permanent basis. This role will be based on our Shared Services team in Sheffield, however will support and work closely with our teams in Benelux.

About the team:

The Dutch speaking Immigration Coordinator role is part of the European Shared Services team in Sheffield and support the Consultants and Senior Consultants in Benelux. They are an extremely friendly and supportive team to join with people of all ages and backgrounds and multiple languages spoken across the team.

About the role:
This role helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen's Benelux office and the Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:

Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Draft immigration applications in Dutch
  • Draft support letters
  • Maintain Fragomen's database and client folders up to date
  • Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen's database
  • Identify embassies / consulates in charge for a specific assignee
  • Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
  • Check appointment availability at embassy / consulate
  • Participate in case audits
  • Rename and downsize documents, request company set up
  • Create client care letters
  • Take on any additional projects as required

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. This role requires a high level of Dutch language, ideally C level, but at least B2.

  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast paced environment
  • Uses communication skills to achieve objective
  • Being confident in verbal communication
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
  • Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • Be able to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
  • Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
  • Completes tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectations
  • Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systems

Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
