Responsibilities

• Assist our interested parties and customers
• Sell software licenses to prospects over the phone or by e-mail
• Create and manage offers
• Be responsible for the assistance of our customers and be available to answer any questions about our software through our E-mail system
• Work in close cooperation with different departments
• Support the team by monitoring and reporting sales data
• Use Excel to analyze trends and optimize processes

Requirements

• Enrolled Student (all genders) in the field of business administration or any related subject
• The internship must be a compulsory part of your studies and take at least 6 months
• Communicative and enjoy interacting with people
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, other languages are a plus
• Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn
• Enjoy working with the team on-site in Göppingen
