IT Inside Sales - Dutch Native Speaker (Hybrid - Madrid)

Funciones
What you'll do:
- Execute demand generation and lead qualification activities for the Dutch B2B market.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales campaigns.
- Nurture leads through early sales stages and identify validated opportunities.
- Achieve targets for validated lead revenue and pipeline volume.
- Engage with decision-makers across different business levels.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track campaign performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback on market perception and campaign effectiveness.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker - mandatory.
- Fluent in English, French or German will be a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or demand generation (preferably in IT or tech environments).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to understand technology and convey its business value.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Based in Madrid or available for hybrid work (3 office days).
