Junior International Recruiter (German- or Dutch-speaking)

💼 About the Job

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping candidates secure jobs with our clients, handling tasks such as screening applications and conducting interviews. Strong digital skills and business acumen are essential. Initially, your focus will be on outbound activities and sourcing candidates, requiring you to be extroverted and sales-driven, proactively reaching out to potential candidates. Over time, your role will evolve to include a balance of both inbound (handling incoming applications) and outbound tasks. Collaboration with customers and our sales team is also part of the job. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Proactively source and reach out to candidates via calls, email, and social media
• Re-engage job seekers in our internal candidate database
• Support candidates through early stages of the recruitment process
• Motivate and inspire candidates to consider international roles
• Work toward clear monthly placement goals
• Participate in training, feedback sessions, and workshops
