To make everyday life easier and deliver convenience-whether through customer service, our technology, or deliveries. As a Junior Courier Recruit at JustEat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.

What will you do?

• Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work daily with tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Create and publish job advertisements on various job portals.
• Oversee payroll and a range of administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Apply if:

• You enjoy working with candidates over the phone and can communicate clearly in English.
• You can organize your work effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.
• You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or call centre environments.
• Your English and Dutch skills allow you to communicate with international customers (minimum B2/C1 level).
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident using computer systems.
• You'd like to be part of a friendly, supportive team and enjoy working in a pleasant, welcoming environment.

It's a plus if:

• You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• You are familiar with the job market and recruitment tools related to temporary staffing.
• You have basic knowledge of labor law and GDPR.
