Live Support Agent - Dutch Speaker

We are in search of a Live Support Agent - Dutch Speaker to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our smart locker systems by providing real-time technical support to our technical teams and swiftly resolving maintenance issues.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the primary contact for maintenance-related inquiries, providing exceptional live support to field maintenance teams and store managers via phone, email, and other communication channels;
• Handle and resolve technical support tickets using ticketing systems;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components;
• Collaborate closely with deployment and maintenance teams to escalate and efficiently resolve complex issues;
• Accurately document technical issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement;
• Provide guidance and training on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques;
• Work with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system reliability;
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities;
• Assist in developing and updating technical documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures;

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proficiency in Dutch, plus a good level of English;
• Technical proficiency in hardware and software systems, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical support roles;
• Knowledge of computer and IoT hardware, electronics, TCP/IP networks and operating systems (GNU/Linux-based systems)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Flexibility to work on French holidays, since this is a remote role for France.
• Different schedules available: Earlier (07:00-16:00), Standard (9:00-18:00) and Late (13:00-22:00) (all times in the Portuguese time zone).

It would be great if you would also have:

• Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred;
• Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
