We are looking for Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join the Miele project in Athens. In this role, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable online experience for users by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and categorize social media content according to internal guidelines
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
• Make objective decisions to maintain a safe and positive online community
• Apply content policies consistently and accurately
• Assist users via chat, email, or phone depending on project needs
• Suggest improvements to workflows and moderation processes
• Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Very good English skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Professional judgment and ability to separate personal opinions from policies
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
