Now, we're looking for Merchant Consultants to join our team in Valencia. You'll be the go-to expert for our existing business partners. Think of yourself as a deal coach, helping small businesses optimize their offers and reach more customers. Whether it's fine-tuning an ongoing campaign or bringing a former partner back on board, you'll play a key role in helping businesses thrive in ways they didn't think were possible.

And don't worry-starting on Day One, we'll arm you with top-notch training in sales strategy, customer relationship building, and the magic of the Groupon sales process.

Location: Valencia, Hybrid

What you'll do:

Re-engage former merchants with cold calls to close, retain, and grow deals.
Optimize campaigns to drive revenue and keep businesses thriving.
Build strong relationships by understanding each merchant's unique business.
Problem-solve questions and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Hit and exceed sales targets while making merchants smile!

We're excited about you if you have:

Fluent/native Dutch skills (spoken and written). Fluent in English
Success in a sales environment (cold-calling and upselling? Bonus points!).
Experience supporting merchants or customers.
Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with patience and integrity.
Adaptability-you think fast and tackle challenges head-on.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs (a plus).
