About the Role As Collection Team Lead for our Dutch market, you'll be the guardian of our balance sheet and the champion of our customers. We're looking for someone to bridge the gap between hard numbers and human service, ensuring our collections process doesn't just work, it scales with heart.
Key responsibilities - Define and execute the collections strategy for the Dutch market, providing monthly and quarterly credit loss forecasts and actionable performance reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists, focusing on professional development, competence mapping, and high-performance coaching.
- Optimize operational efficiency by managing CRM task allocation and identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows.
- Ensure alignment with AML, KYC, and local regulatory frameworks to maintain compliance across all recovery activities.
- Translate complex financial data into structured repayment solutions and third-party collection partnerships.
What we're looking for We are looking for an analytical teamlead who approaches debt recovery with both technical precision and emotional intelligence. You should have a proven ability to drive alignment within a large team while building scalable frameworks that improve the customer journey.
Qualifications - A few years of experience in collections, credit management, or a similar role within Fintech or banking.
- Experience leading or coordinating teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to negotiate complex financial settlements across multiple channels.
- Strong technical proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to interpret interest accrual and repayment behaviors.
- Familiarity with Dutch regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and debt recovery legislation, is considered a strong advantage.
- A Bachelor's or University degree in a relevant field is an advantage, but not a requirement.

One Last Thing This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office.
