Project Manager with ERP and Dutch (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead multiple ERP-related projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendor partners, IT teams, and functional leads to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure successful implementation of ERP enhancements and associated business process improvements. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland.

Your tasks

• Leading and managing multiple ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment
• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, resource forecasts, and dependency management activities
• Coordinating delivery between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors
• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
• Driving project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and decision-making
• Leading integrated change control processes and assessing impacts to schedule, budget, scope, and business operations
• Coordinating testing, user acceptance activities, deployment planning, and business readiness efforts
• Ensuring project documentation meets PMO governance and audit requirements
• Managing project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives
• Deep expertise in Project Management, with a strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience leading ERP systems enhancement and optimization programs
• Practical experience in financial management, including project financial forecasting and budget tracking
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Experience working with enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Advanced level of English
• Fluency in Dutch is required
