Purchaser - Dutch speaker

About the jobWe are seeking a Purchaser (Dutch speaker) for our office in Barcelona, Spain.

The key responsibilities are:

- Manage the full procurement cycle (request, negotiation, approval, follow up).
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers of raw materials and packaging.
- Manage supplier/material qualification processes.
- Analyse costs and propose cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement actions.
- Manage contracts, framework agreements, and price reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation/data within the ERP system.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and to balance inventory levels and production with demand.
Set yourself apart- Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or related industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Languages: Dutch and English at levels B2-C1. Capable of negotiating with international suppliers.
- Advanced user of ERP system and Excel.
