Responsibilities- Review and score customer service interactions
- Provide clear performance insights and coaching
- Support process and compliance improvements
- Report findings and trends to leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements- Native/fluent Dutch speaker, with English (B2+) proficiency
- Great attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Communication and feedback delivery skills
- Prior QA or customer service experience preferred
Conditions- Work from office (shuttle or transport allowance provided)
- Base salary 1650 + 9.13/day meal allowance
