Areas of Responsibility- Ensure that the recalculations are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures;
- Update as per request or proactively the system with recalculation details and contract changes:
- Mobility contracts are (pro)active up-to-date, in accordance with actual mileage, equipment level of the object and lease service components;
- Keeping the user's name and address details up to date during the contract;
- Bulk changes during the contract term;
- Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition
- Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, conduct quality sample assessments and identify process improvements
- Assisting department as needed/requested by line manager
Job Requirements- University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
- English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)
- 2 years' experience working in Customer Service
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
- Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability
- Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks
- Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market
