Your Mission
- Active sourcing via Xing, LinkedIn and other channels
- Responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle and an excellent candidate experience
- Development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies
- Screening applications and conducting qualified interviews
- Optimising recruiting processes and KPI management
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting
- Experience in conducting interviews and active sourcing
- Leadership experience in international teams
- Strong market understanding and stakeholder management
- Organisational talent and strong communication skills
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence
