What you will be doing as a Reservations Agent:

• Handle all Dutch and English phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
• Engage professionally with guests over online web chat
• Convert enquiries into bookings
• Accurate logging reservations into the system
• The role will be following a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends/bank holidays, with a monthly rota published in advance.
