We are now accepting internship application for Bachelor students majoring in Infrastructure & Civil Engineering as part of the RGM Internship Program 2026 at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. This internship is based in the Infrastructure department, providing a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic mining environment.

• Gain in-depth insight into your field of study within the mining industry;
• Work alongside experienced professionals and learn from their expertise;
• Actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing maintenance processes and improving performance;
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal student:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Infrastructure & Civil Engineering.
• Has strong academic performance in relevant coursework
• Has strong interest in mining, engineering, or technical operations.
• Is willing to learn, be proactive, and work safely in field conditions.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Is fluent in Dutch and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Is willing to work on a rotational schedule on our mine site in district Brokopondo
