Are you ambitious, energetic, and eager to build a career in international B2B sales?
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Málaga. This role is the starting point of a clear career path toward becoming an Account Executive.
In the beginning, your main focus will be lead generation and outbound prospecting - building pipeline, starting conversations, and qualifying opportunities. As you grow into the role, you will gradually take part in follow-up meetings, offer negotiations, and stakeholder management, preparing you step-by-step to take full ownership of deals in the future.
You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, gaining hands-on experience and structured coaching to accelerate your development.
Sales Support & Lead Qualification: Help identify potential clients and support outreach efforts.
Outreach & Social Selling: Use phone (we take a “call-first” approach), email, and LinkedIn to start conversations and book intro meetings.
Client Engagement: Participate in discovery and follow-up meetings with prospects and existing partners.
Proposal Assistance: Help prepare offers, presentations, agreements, and order confirmations.
Account Support: Assist with managing ongoing client relationships and ensuring partners are happy.
CRM & Admin: Keep HubSpot data up to date and support smooth sales operations.
Collaborative Sales Work: Contribute ideas to sales strategies, pitches, and process improvements.
Languages: Business-level English (essential); German is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills & Personality: Energetic, proactive, confident on the phone, resilient to rejection, highly organized, and eager to grow into a closing role.
Digital Skills: Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new tools (e.g., CRM systems like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, communication platforms).
Interest in Sales: A genuine curiosity about outbound B2B sales, pipeline building, stakeholder mapping, and developing into an Account Executive role over time.
Experience: Some experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or a similar commercial role is a plus, but mindset and drive matter most.
Personalized coaching to help you master lead generation and develop toward an Account Executive position.
Gradual exposure to follow-up meetings, offer preparation, negotiations, and stakeholder management as you grow.
