Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the Dutch market

Your mission

• From leads to customers and partners, you coordinate and oversee projects and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Sales campaigns are in good hands with you: you actively drive them, keep improving them and track the success of each one.
• Even complex topics become simple and tangible when you explain them, so everyone understands what our product can do.
• Developing our sales strategy and putting it into practice is something you do independently.
• In sales meetings, you confidently take the lead and turn interested companies into paying customers with ease.

Your profile

• With a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable background, you bring the right foundation.
• Selling digital products is nothing new to you, and you know what it takes to win customers over.
• Communication comes easily to you, and you have a real feel for language.
• Presenting is something you enjoy, and you win people over with a confident, professional presence.
• MS Office is your familiar territory.
• Dutch is your native language, you speak fluent English and you know Dutch business culture inside out. German skills are a welcome bonus.
• As a true team player, you love to get involved and help shape things.
• Working independently and in a structured way is second nature to you, and you take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Your goals are always in sight, and you take real ownership of your work.
• Travelling now and then is fine with you, even though most of our sales happens digitally.

About us

We are a tech start-up from Cologne that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce food waste along the supply chain. Our AI analyzes historical sales data from a wide range of sectors - from bakeries to supermarkets and restaurants - and combines this with external influencing factors such as weather, public holidays and special location features. This results in precise, up-to-date forecasts for production and orders, which can be integrated fully automatically into existing systems. This not only makes planning more efficient, but also optimizes the use of goods - so that less food ends up in the garbage can.
