Job Description

As part of our Netherlands team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of fintech. Your responsibilities will include:

• Define, test and refine marketing activities across all channels to raise brand awareness in the Dutch market and foster client conversions
• Owning influencer and business partner cooperations end-to-end: From strategic planning to reporting
• Establishing, directing and optimizing collaborations with influencers and business partners from the finance and non-finance sector with a high target audience fit
• Explore new marketing opportunities not yet implemented in the Dutch market, building business cases and drawing on experiences made in other markets Scalable is present in
• Communicating and reporting the progress of ongoing marketing activities to key stakeholders, and forecasting future opportunities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, and/or partnerships marketing in a leading start-up, agency, or consultancy
• A strong knowledge of current and upcoming social media trends, and a familiarity with working with influencers and business partners
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• A strong understanding of marketing and performance KPIs
• A strong ability for analytical and solution-based thinking, while also considering the 'bigger picture'
• Fluency in Dutch and English. Additional languages are considered a plus
